About Fallcrest Portable Toilets
A Harrisburg-based portable restroom company built around clean units, dependable service schedules and honest quotes.
Who we are
Fallcrest Portable Toilets is a locally operated portable restroom rental company headquartered at 126 E Willow St in Harrisburg, South Dakota. We serve contractors, event organizers, municipalities, farmers and homeowners across Harrisburg, Sioux Falls, Tea, Brandon, Hartford, Crooks, Dell Rapids, Canton, Beresford and Worthing, along with dozens of smaller communities in between.
The company exists because portable restroom service in this region was inconsistent. Units arrived dirty, service visits were skipped during busy weeks, and invoices carried fees nobody explained at the time of booking. We built Fallcrest around the opposite of that: a unit that is genuinely clean when it arrives, a service schedule that happens whether or not you follow up, and a quote that matches the final bill.
How we work
Every unit that leaves our yard has been pumped, pressure-rinsed, disinfected, deodorized, restocked and physically inspected. Latches, vent stacks, seats, doors and floors get checked on every turnaround, and anything worn is repaired or pulled. That single habit prevents the majority of complaints in this industry.
On site, our drivers place units where you approve them, not wherever is convenient for the truck. We walk long-term jobsites with the superintendent, note where concrete pours and grading changes will happen, and plan placements that will not need to move three times. For events, we will come out the day before if that is what it takes to get the layout right.
- 24/7 phone answering for new orders, added units and emergency service calls
- Weekly service as the standard, with twice-weekly and event-specific options
- Winter-rated tank treatment and placements planned around plow routes and drifting
- Waste hauled and disposed of through approved treatment facilities
- Certificates of insurance available for commercial and municipal jobsites
Who we serve
General contractors and trades make up the core of our long-term rentals: subdivision builds, school additions, road and utility work, grain facility shutdowns and agricultural construction. Event work fills our summer calendar with festivals, 5Ks, county fairs, rodeos, weddings, graduations and church functions. Homeowners round it out with remodels, additions, reunions and backyard parties where the last thing anyone wants is a line at the bathroom inside.
Our commitment: if a unit is not right when it arrives, or a scheduled service is missed, call (605) 699-0189 and we will correct it. No arguing, no service ticket queue.

About Our Service
Do you deliver and pick up the units?
Yes. Delivery, placement, servicing and removal are all handled by our crew. We confirm the drop location before the truck arrives, set the unit on the firmest level spot available and haul it out at the end of the rental. You do not need equipment, a trailer or extra labor on your end.
What areas do you serve besides Harrisburg?
Our routes cover Sioux Falls, Tea, Brandon, Hartford, Crooks, Dell Rapids, Canton, Beresford and Worthing, plus surrounding communities such as Lennox, Baltic, Garretson, Madison, Salem, Parker and Viborg. If your site sits outside that ring, call and we will tell you honestly whether we can service it on schedule.
How often are portable toilets serviced?
Weekly service is the standard for construction and long-term rentals with a normal crew size. Higher-traffic sites, hot summer stretches and busy multi-day events often justify twice-weekly or event-specific service. Every visit includes pumping the tank, rinsing the interior, sanitizing contact surfaces and restocking paper and sanitizer.
What is included with a portable toilet rental?
A standard rental includes the unit itself, delivery and pickup, an initial stock of toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and scheduled service for the length of the rental. Ventilation, a lockable door, a urinal in most standard models and a non-slip floor come standard. Extras such as handwashing stations, added service visits or additional stocking can be added to any order.
Where should the unit be placed on my property or jobsite?
Choose firm, level ground within about 25 feet of where our truck can park, clear of overhead power lines and low branches. Gravel, packed dirt, asphalt and concrete all work. Avoid soft turf after heavy rain, steep slopes and spots that block gates or fire lanes. Tell us about narrow access or locked gates when you book so we send the right truck.
