What Our Customers Say

Twelve reviews from real rentals across Harrisburg, Sioux Falls, Tea, Brandon, Dell Rapids and the surrounding communities.

★★★★★

“We had two units on a nine-month subdivision build and never once had to chase a service. The driver worked around our concrete pours and moved a unit twice when the grading changed. That kind of flexibility is why we keep calling Fallcrest.”

“Our reception was on my in-laws' acreage and I was dreading the restroom situation. The trailer they set up was spotless, well lit and tucked behind the shelterbelt exactly where we asked. Several guests thought we had plumbed a building out there.”

★★★★★

“For our summer festival we needed units placed before the vendors set up at 6 a.m. They came the night before, staked out the spots with me and returned mid-weekend for a refresh. Attendance was up and we still had no lines.”

Curt WieselerTea, SDEvent Portable Toilet Rental
★★★★★

“We run a food truck rally and the health inspector always asks about handwashing. The stations arrived full, with soap and towels stocked, and they showed our volunteers how to refill the fresh water tank. Easy call every season.”

★★★★★

“I needed an accessible unit on level ground for a family member at our reunion. They walked the site with me, found a spot with a firm approach and set it where nobody had to cross gravel. Thoughtful service, fair price.”

★★★★★

“A main line failed at our shop on a Sunday and we had 14 people scheduled Monday morning. I called that evening and two units were on site before 7 a.m. They stayed three weeks until the repair passed inspection.”

Shauna KrugerHartford, SDEmergency Portable Toilet Rental
★★★★★

“Straightforward pricing, no surprise fees, and the unit was genuinely clean when it showed up. We kept it through a garage build and the weekly service was on the same day every week without a reminder from me.”

“We hosted 140 people for a graduation and rented the two-station trailer. Climate control made a real difference in August, and the interior lighting meant nobody was fumbling around after dark. Worth every dollar.”

★★★★★

“We coordinate roadwork and units get moved constantly. Fallcrest keeps up, texts me when service is done and never leaves a mess behind. Their crew treats the neighbors' property like their own.”

“One unit for a backyard 50th, delivered Friday and gone Monday. They rolled it into place without touching the flower beds and the whole thing cost less than I expected. I have already passed the number along twice.”

★★★★★

“Winter is when portable restroom service usually falls apart. Not here. They kept our unit usable through January on a school addition and stocked extra paper without being asked.”

Marcus IhnenLennox, SDConstruction Site Portable Toilets

“Our 5K route needed units at two separate trailheads. They handled placement, hauled everything out the same afternoon and the park board had zero complaints. Communication was excellent from quote to pickup.”

Common Questions From New Customers

What is included with a portable toilet rental?

A standard rental includes the unit itself, delivery and pickup, an initial stock of toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and scheduled service for the length of the rental. Ventilation, a lockable door, a urinal in most standard models and a non-slip floor come standard. Extras such as handwashing stations, added service visits or additional stocking can be added to any order.

Where should the unit be placed on my property or jobsite?

Choose firm, level ground within about 25 feet of where our truck can park, clear of overhead power lines and low branches. Gravel, packed dirt, asphalt and concrete all work. Avoid soft turf after heavy rain, steep slopes and spots that block gates or fire lanes. Tell us about narrow access or locked gates when you book so we send the right truck.

How many portable toilets do I need for my event?

A common planning benchmark is one unit per 50 guests for a four-hour event, adjusted upward when alcohol is served, temperatures are high or the event runs all day. Add at least one ADA accessible unit for public events and a handwashing station wherever food is served. Give us your guest count and hours and we will suggest a mix that keeps lines short.

Can portable toilets be used in South Dakota winters?

Yes. Winter rentals are common on construction sites here. We service on a schedule that accounts for freezing temperatures, use winter-appropriate tank treatment and choose placements where drifting snow and plow routes will not bury the unit. Keeping an access path shoveled on your end makes service visits far more reliable.

Do you handle long-term rentals and month-to-month billing?

We do. Multi-month construction rentals, seasonal park placements and open-ended remodels are billed on a recurring cycle that includes scheduled service. Rentals that run longer usually cost less per week than a single weekend drop, so tell us the expected duration up front and we will structure it accordingly.
